That may be tricky. There’s space but I can’t see it not being tight.

I know the tcase is supposed to match up from the 2nd gen RAV4 too. I’m waiting to see pictures of the two bolted together.

Some updates

The car didn’t fire.

I need to bump up the fuel pressure, swap pumps and ghetto rig some fans so I can try to see if it drives.

I purchase an MRP Performance MAF  tube because the spectre one was garbage

I ordered a filter.

Getting down to the last few things I need.

Trying to sort the AC too so I can have AC too.

First picture is the shifter cables before modifying the shifter base.
The second picture is after modifying the shifter base.
The third picture is the shifter base mods-raised .5” shifted rearward~1-1.5”

So I'd need to use a tcase from a 2nd gen rav4 to use the awd transmission? Can you post some pics of the RH side where my master cylinder would be, as in the pics you posted it looks really close to being in the way lol

Some updates

For mounting Frankenstein now offers the hard to find steel mount in aluminum. I believe this is the part needed to use a 1988-91 camry upper mount

Also they offer a steel rear mount, if that is the same as an Alltrac rear mount then ideally with my car side mount and Lou brooks bushing to make everything bolt in with purchasable parts.

I have 3” exhaust after the merge and 2.25 off the new Frankenstein manifolds.
It works pretty well.

Selling the old down pipe for the old FMW headers if anyone needs it.

Working on a steel mount for the passenger side 2gr swap. Should drop the price drastically.

Updated the intake to the Frankenstein motorworks tall intake and adapted the Tundra TB. I’m using his maf tube and the suggested maf sensor too. It sits down low to get all the cool air below the radiator, I can also shorten it to keep it out of water if I drive in the rain.

Muffler is a greddy one off an evo.
Not super quiet
Might try cutting it a bit and installing an anti reversion tube inside


Changed to a 12” spal fan vs the Camry fan in the TTE shroud. I wanted to have a bit more fan than one cut down Camry fan.

Ran a 15.2 which is slow for the swap but 2.6 seconds faster than the previous time with the 5sfe.
The exhaust tubing was too small. It’s much happier now.
Excuse the fart can sound, the muffler sucked. In care it sounds amazing

I now make engine mounts from steel to make these much more affordable- faster to have finished.

I also make rear and side transmission mounts (front is inferior)
