Manual swap pedal box writeup.

This is the production manual clutch pedal swap parts list needed to complete this.

The parts kit is available here:
https://marketplace.sendcutsend.com/p/C239R269/svx-manual-swap-pedal-kit

Crossmember kit available here:
https://marketplace.sendcutsend.com/p/C757D217/subaru-svx-manual-transmission-swap-crossmember

Assembly video:
https://rumble.com/v6uoi89-subaru-svx-manual-swap-pedal-kit.html

Parts required:

-Wilwood master cylinder
Edit: my master cylinder was 0.75 which was paired with a 0.79 slave (push clutch, which I believe is an older setup?). Wrx gearboxes with a pull clutch have a 0.8125” slave and 0.69 master cylinder. The pedal ratio is pretty close.
Depending on which transmission and slave cylinder you should pick accordingly.

280-12384 0.625”,
280-12385 0.75”,
280-12386 0.8125”,
280-12387 0.875”,
280-12390 0.9375”,
280-12388 1”

-Neutral Safety Switch
Switch PN: 83281-AA000 (see picture added in a later reply)

Summit racing AN fittings and hose:

(A)   1x -4an to slave (m10-1.0)
SFL-SF35103
(Does not appear to include a copper seal washer, should be able to get an M10 washer at Oriellys)

(B)    1x 1/8 NPT 90* to -4an
FRA-582204

(C)    1x 3ft -4an hose
SUM-220986

Options:
Depending on where you have your pass through hole in the firewall you may want a different angle fitting off the slave cylinder (D) and depending how you want to run the line off the master cylinder (E), I wrapped around the front (closest to the driver) but some may choose other paths.
Options for both are below: straight, 45* or 90*

-4an hose end 90* -4an fitting
SUM-220146

-4an hose end 45* -4an fitting
SUM-220143

-4an hose end straight -4an fitting
SUM-220480

This requires drilling the side of the brake pedal mount, trimming the pedal pad down to wrx size
Also possibly drilling the hole for the pivot out slightly (bending with holes after laser cutting isn’t always exact, so a slight variance can be remedied with the index drill bit mentioned in the video)

You’ll need 1-2 holes in the firewall and a grommet for the slave and reservoir lines.

Something to note- the surfaces with the brass washers- make sure they don’t have any slag from the cutting process, I noticed one side of the bracket did.
Hit it with the grinder to keep the surface free from slag. You don’t want it binding/etc.

Final product once it’s bolted together.

For reference the locknuts should be on the main pivot shaft and the master cylinder pivot, there should be a light bit of slack so they can pivot freely. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN!
