It's been a long and expensive process so far and I'm not exactly done yet either. Still have stuff I need to buy I'm I'm getting there.
Ended up buying a used motor and transmission instead of rebuilding what I have now. Planned to just swap the head and call it a day but that didn't happen lol. Bought an RC 3S-GTE and a 205 transmission. Ended stripping down the whole motor and replacing all o-rings and gaskets, bought new oil pump, water pump, oil pan, pulleys, timing belt and had the head rebuilt.

Head bolt was rounded and made it very difficult to remove. But I got it.

Replaced the seals and got a new sticker from the dealer. Who would have known that they're still available.

Timing cover is on along with the alternator and power steering pump. need to replace the clutch and bearing on the ac compressor and have to get another belt since the one I bought was wrong.

Here is where I'm at right now.
